How to use

With clean hands, carefully open the sachet at the tear point. Pour the entire contents into an empty Olverum Bath Salts jar and close the lid tight. No need to wash or rinse the jar when empty but, if rinsed, ensure the jar and the cap are both completely dry before refilling. (It is essential that the salts are kept in an air-tight jar, once opened, as they will harden if exposed to the air for any length of time).

Gently swirl a capful of crystals into a warm bath for a few seconds until they are completely dissolved. For best results, soak for 20 minutes two hours before going to sleep.

Precautions: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Rinse off and discontinue use if you experience irritation. Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Store away from direct sunlight.
