Marketing Assistant - (Full-Time – Office Based)

Role Purpose
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the delivery of brand growth across all channels. You will assist in the development and execution of marketing activities that strengthen brand presence, drive awareness, and support commercial performance. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, creative capability, and strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Support

Assist in the development and timely execution of marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives

Support with planning and logistics across launches, promotions, and brand activations

Track and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise activity
Design & Content Creation

Create and resize design assets across digital and print using any of the following software: Canva, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Support development of trade marketing assets including retailer toolkits, POS, sell-in and sell-through collateral

Ensure all content produced is on-brand, visually premium, and delivered with accuracy
Social Media Management

Assist in planning and publishing daily content (posts, stories, video edits) across owned social platforms

Manage community engagement including responding to comments and DMs in an on-brand tone of voice

Conduct social listening to identify real-time opportunities and creator/partnership prospects
Copywriting & Brand Voice

Proofread and check copy for brand accuracy and alignment with tone of voice

Support writing for social captions, marketing emails, website content and campaign messaging
Website & Ecommerce

Assist in updating and maintaining product pages, imagery, promotions and brand storytelling

Work closely with the Digital Marketing team/agency to support the execution of performance marketing initiatives
Partnerships & Retail Support

Research beauty, lifestyle and wellbeing brands for partnership opportunities

Coordinate visual and written assets for retail partners to maximise digital visibility and conversion

Monitor the competitive landscape, industry innovations and relevant cultural trends in beauty and wellness
Skills & Experience

Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign)

Experience managing brand social media accounts and community interaction

Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding copy, layout accuracy and brand consistency

Strong written communication skills and passion for beauty and wellbeing
